Railway Arrangements:
The charges shown in each program do not include any kind of railways fare of either side. Tourists are required to arrange the railway tickets by them selves. The company is not responsible for any problem/s regarding railways Tickets.
As per exiting railways rules rail journey tickets are being booked 60 days in advance (excluding the date of departure of journey), therefore tourists are requested to arrange their tickets well in time preferably 60 days in advance.
Date of Departure and the duration of the tour program is mentioned from Ahmedabad in this literature to facilitate the tourists to arrange their railway/Air tickets for the tour journey.
   
Transport Arrangements :
The company will arrange the Non A/C vehicle arrangements to visit the places of sight seeing for one time only.
No arrangements of vehicle will be made again if the Darshan or the entry time of the visiting place is closed, road blockage or for any reason so far.
Tourist will have to go by walk to the places nearby of the stay of our hotel and to the place where our bus can not reach. If the tourist desire to go there by any other vehicle, he / she will have to arrange at their own cost.
In case the company is compelled to cancel any tour programme the total amount deposited will be refunded by A/C payee Cheque and the tour operator will not be responsible for anything else.
   
Food Arrangement:
Morning tea / coffee with breakfast Lunch & Dinner will be served as per convenience during the bus journey. Sweet dish will be served thrice in week. Plates for serving food will be arranged by the company and will be washed and cleaned by the company staff.
The company will not arrange a tea / coffee, lunch or dinner during the Train / Air journey.
Milk powder is being used for the preparation of tea / coffee.
   
Stay Accommodations :
Night stay accommodations will be arranged in good hotel and attached toilet bath, Double bed Non A/C room will be provided between two full tickets.
Family consisting of more than two members will be provided an extra mattresses in their room. For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey and separate mattress in the room. Hotel rooms are not very big so maximum one extra bed will be arranged in room.
Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
In Badri Kedar, Gangotri, Yamunotri, regular tour, room will be provided between two full tickets. except kedarnath where four passengers will be accommodated in a room.
Washing of clothes in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
Tourists will have to use their own towel / soap etc. in hotel rooms.
Double Bed Room will be arranged among 4/5 members during the short stay required for bath and fresh up.
Hotel rooms are booked in advance. As such the same will be provided and vacated as per check in and check out time of the Hotel. Members will have to co-operate accordingly. In case of provision of less number of Rooms by the Hotel management due to any reason, Rooms will be arranged in other Hotel and the members will have to accommodate themselves accordingly and will have to co-operate. No kind of refund will be given by the tour operator. For any reason if the arrangements of stay are made at the place other than the actually booked, the members will have to accept such arrangements and no kind of any refund will be made by the tour operator.
A single tourist seeking separate room facility will have to pay extra half room Tariff rate of the Hotels Booked.
   
Personal Expenses :
Personal expenses such as Coolie Charges, Ponny, Doli, Kandi, Rope Way, Timber Trail, Golden Beach Entrance charges, Hot Water, Room Heater, A/C. Charges, Airport TAX, Mineral Water etc. are not included in the tour price and it shall be borne by the PASSENGER/S ONLY.
   
List of Articles to be Carried :
Small bag of 24" X 20" X 6" bedding ( for Rail Journey, Air pillow, Bed sheet, Blanket only ), clothes, towel, tooth paste, brush, glass, water bag, torch, knife, additional lock, chain for bag during rail journey, personal medicines etc. are required to be carried for convenient journey. Tourists joining hill station programmes are required to carry woolen clothes also. Members are advised to get their luggage / baggages insured.
   
General Rules :
Rules mentioned in the tour contract form will be applicable to all passengers / tourist joining the tour.
Half Ticket will be charged for a child between 3 to 11 years of age. One berth / seat will be allotted between two half tickets. one child will have to be accommodated with their full tickets.
Age proof of senior citizen passangers and child between 2 to 11 Yrs should be produced at the time of booking of the tickets, In air journey tour child up to age of two Yrs will have to pay infant charges and child above 2 yrs will be charged as half ticket.
A Child between 1 to 3 Years will be charged @15% of full ticket charges.
For real / nice enjoyment of your favourite tour programme passengers are requested NOT TO BRING WITH THEM ANY JEWELLERY OR VALUABLES. For extra money, tourists are requested to keep STATE BANK OF INDIA, or any other banks, ATM card.
Due to any reasons like natural calamities, Train accident, any Political incident and / or any others reason. no refund will be granted / if company is compelled to change or curtail the tour programme.
Tourist/s who cutoff / stop / leave his / their tour programme during the journey for any reason will not be given any refund. Or whenever IT IS NOTICED ANY TOURIST/ IS DOING ANY ACTIVITY/IES WHICH TRY TO PROVOKE ANY OF TOUR ROUTINE WILL BE LEFT HALF A WAY AND NO REFUND TO SUCH TOURIST WILL BE ALLOWED.
If a train is missed for any reason/s or a train is cancelled by the railway authorities, in such cases whatsover alternate arrangements made by the tour manager will be abide to every tourist and if any extra amount for making such arrangements is to be paid the same will have to be borne by the tourist.
Rs. 1000/- per person per day will be charged for equal number of days, in case, if the tour programme is extended for any reason/s and such charges will have to be paid in cash to the tour manager.
Every Tourist joining the tour is requested to keep with him the photo ID proofs of Indian Nationality such as Driving License, Passport, Election / Income tax PAN Card, Post Identity Card etc. during the tour.

The total amount of the tour will have to be paid twenty days before the departure date of tour. If the total amount of the tour is not paid in time than booking will be considered as cancelled and no refund will be given.

Tour prices mentioned in the tour brochure is applicable to only Indian Citizen/s. The tourist/s other than Indian Citizens will have to pay the additional amount separately.
The L.T.C. Certificate of Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd. will be given only to those tourists who have Filled up complete and full particulars in the prescribed form of Tourism corporation of Gujarat Ltd. while enrolling themselves for the tour.
The Company reserves all rights to change departure dates in case of any unavoidable circumstances and it will be binding to all the tourists.
If less number of tourist are enrolled in any tour of the programme a motor vehicle of less capacity will be arranged and it will be acceptable to all the members.
In case the company is compelled to cancel any tour programme the total amount deposited will be refunded by A/C. Payee Cheque. Tour Operator will not be responsible for anything else. REFUND WILL BE MADE BY A/C. PAYEE CHEQUE ONLY.
Tour price mentioned is based on prevailing Railway fare, Bus fare, Air fare and normal expenses as on 7.03.2006 and if there is any increase before the date of commencement of journey such incidental charges will have to be paid to the company by the tourist.
Tourism is a service oriented business and we have to take services from number of other institutions on which we have no control and for that reason there may occur any inconvenience, persons having tender/sentimental nature are therefore requested not to join our Tour programme.
20 Kg. Luggage per person will be allowed free, Excess luggage will be charged extra as per Railways / Air/ Transport regulations.
THE COMPANY BELIEVES THAT THE TOURISTS JOINING THE TOUR PROGRAMME HAVE READ ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND THEY HAVE ACCEPTED ALL OF THEM AND THEY AGREE TO ABIDE THEM HONESTLY AND SINCERELY.
   
RULES FOR CANCELLATION :
IF TICKETS ARE CANCELLED OR DATES ARE TRANSFERED DUE TO ANY REASONS, THE CANCELLATION CHARGES, MENTIONED BELOW WILL BE CHARGED PER TICKET
50 days before date of commencement of the journey Rs. 1000/= per ticket will be deducted.
30 days before date of commencement of the journey Rs. 2000/= per ticket will be deducted.
20 days before date of commencement of the journey Rs. 3000/= per ticket will be deducted.
10 days before date of commencement of the journey the 50 % of tour amount will be deducted.
5 days before date of commencement of the journey the 75% of tour amount will be deducted.
   
NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR CANCELLATION WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE JOURNEY.
REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION of ticket should be made in writing only and the date of receipt of such application will be considered as the date of cancellation. No verbal or oral instruction will be taken into consideration.
   
RULES FOR BOOKING:
While booking tickets for any programme, the tourist/s have to clearly mention the details of entire family members who will accompany the tour programme such as full name, sex, age, full, address, telephone number etc. and to deposit the money at the rate of Rs. 3000/= per ticket in Cash or Bank Draft favouring “AKHIL BHARAT TOURS & TRAVELS”. The remaining amount of the tour will have to be paid 20 days before the date of commencement of the journey preferably by Demand Draft drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA & ICICI Bank.
